How to use keyword match type tool

This tool allows you to process entered keywords based on different rules and formats. You can use exact match, phrase match, and broad match types, as well as remove diacritics, convert the text to lowercase, and eliminate duplicate entries. You can provide keywords using various separators (linebreak, comma, or hyphen).

Instructions to keyword match type tool

  1. Choose Separator Method: In the “Separator Method” section, select how you’d like to input your keywords (linebreak, comma, or hyphen). By default the keywords are separated by linebreak.
  2. Select what you want to do with the keywords:
    • Exact Match: they keywords are surrounded by [ ] brackets.
    • Phrase Match: the keywords are surrounded by ” ” quotes.
    • Broad Match: the keywords are displayed without any modifiers.
    • Remove Diacritics: removes any accents or diacritical marks.
    • Lowercase: converts keywords to lowercase.
    • Remove Match: removes existing matches (exact or phrase match).
  3. Input Keywords: Enter your keywords into the first text box, using the chosen separator. The result will automatically display in the second text box.
  4. Copy Result: To copy the result, click the “Copy Result” button or simply click on the result text box. The text will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

Any changes made to the keywords will be reflected in real-time, and the result will update immediately.
